I. Proteolytic enzyme activity of mammalian spermatozoa. I am working mainly on the behaviour of the enzymic systems "plasminogen activator/plasmin" and

"proacrosin/acrosin" in spermatozoa of various animal species (bull, boar, ram, buck, stallion, rabbit) and man.

II. The involvement of the proteolytic enzymic system "plasminogen activators/plasmin" in tissue fibrinolysis in various pathophysiological conditions.

III. Influence of various factors on sperm movement characteristics, capacitation, and acrosome reaction

IV. Lipid peroxidation in sperm
