COMBATING SOCIAL EXCLUSION
Én the framework of the Operational Programme for Combating Social Exc
lusion (1996-1997) vocational training programmes have been implemented. The team participated in these programmes mainly in the accompanying support measures. The target-groups were: Single-Parent families, former Soviet Union Pontian refugees, habitants of isolated distant regions, groups with particular cultural / linguistic characteristics, juvenile offenders, recently released individuals.
