The Exercise Biochemistry Research Group is a team of expert researchers, young scientists and students engaged in the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the fields of exercise biochemistry and sport nutrition. The group belongs to the Laboratory of Sport Hygiene and Nutrition, School of Physical Education and Sport Science, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In charge of the team is Vassilis Mougios, PhD, professor of exercise biochemistry.
