See Table of Reservations MAP of Litohoro : Conference venue and Hotel location --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hotel Information The town of Litohoro has a lot of small hotels/guest houses (of about 10-20 rooms each) scattered around the main square. All of them are within 3 -10 min walking distance from the Conference venue. In collaboration with the Municipality of Litohoro we have made special, low-price, arrangements with the following hotels: 1. Hotel Olympos-Mediterranean (http://www.olympus.gr/users/HotelOlympus.asp ) Single Room: 50 Euros/day Double room: 60 Euros/day 2. Papanikolaou Guest-House (Traditional style) (http://www.litohoro.gr/users/papanikolaou.asp) Single Room: 44 Euros/day Double room: 50 Euros/day 3. Hotel Myrto (http://www.litohoro.gr/users/HotelMirto.asp ) Single Room: 30 Euros/day Double room: 38 Euros/day > Breakfast is included in all cases. The above three choices are our preferred ones, but we are going to have similar offers from other hotels as well. So the list will be updated if necessary. Please let us know of your arrival and departure date, as well as your preferred Hotel, by filling the corresponding fields in the registration form, so we can take care of your reservation. The rule “first come, first served” will be followed. > Some 3-bed rooms (which can accommodate a fourth bed) are also available with similar prices. These rooms may be a good solution for participants who will be accompanied by their family. PLEASE NOTE that the above prices and room availability are restricted to registration before March 30, 2008. The above prices may be the same even after March 30, but room availability cannot be guaranteed for these hotels. An alternative choice for your accommodation is the 5-star Hotel “Dion Palace” located on the sea front, 7 Km from Litohoro. However, you should care for your transportation to the town of Litohoro (by car or taxi). For the dates of the conference there should be no problem with room availability.
