Abstract:

(EN) The invention relates to an in vitro production method in monoxenic conditions of mycorrhizal fungi, preferably of the order Glomales, in particular the genus Glomus, from an inoculant comprising mycorrhizae and/or vesicles and/or spores obtained from at least one fragment of mycelium and/or mycelium from mycorrhizal fungi. The method is characterised in comprising at least one step for culture of the inoculant on a nutrient medium in the presence of at least one rhizogenic callus from at least one mycorrhizogenic vegetable. The above is of application as a substitute for chemical fertilization, diagnostic tests, biological extracts, DNA and genomics.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production in vitro, en condition monoxénique, de champignons mycorhiziens, de préférence de l'ordre des Glomales, en particulier du genre Glomus, à partir d'un inoculum constitué de mycorhizes et/ou de vésicules et/ou de spores pourvues d'au moins un fragment de mycélium et/ou de mycélium, de champignons mycorhiziens. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une étape de culture de l'inoculum sur un milieu nutritif en présence d'au moins un cal rhizogène issu d'au moins un végétal mycorhizogène. Application : substitut d'engrais chimique. Tests de diagnostics. Extraits biologiques. ADN et génomique.
