Information for participants
- All talks must be prepared in Ms Powerpoint and sent to the organizers in due time
- Invited talks: 30 min + 10 min for discussion
- Contributed talks : 15 min + 5 min for discussion
- Everyone can bring a poster. Dimensions of poster boards: 110 cm width x 90 cm height

- Evening: 19:50,21:15, 23:00
Location of the workshop venue
Crete, Greece, about 30 km west from Heraklion Airport, close to the historical village of Fodele (birthplace of the famous painter Dominicos Theotocopoulos also known as El Greco)
at a 5 star Hotel, Fodele Beach built on hillside by a sandy beach, with view to the hill and to the sea

Transportation
Transfer service between Heraklion International Airport [HER] "Nikos Kazantzakis" and Fodele Beach Hotel will be available and arranged by the organizers, for selected flights on the 25th of May 2008. The exact schedule will be announced as soon as the travel details of the participants become available to the organizers..
Taxis are available at the airport and at the hotel (typical fare 30 € per trip, for up to 4 persons) as well as local buses (approximately 30 min trip)
All participants are advised to retain transportation receipts in case that any travel expenses reimbursement becomes possible. In this case, flight expenses only for tourist-class fares can be considered, and up to a maximum depending on the available budget.
