Accommodation

Accommodation will be covered for all participants for the 25th, the 26th and the 27th of May by the organizers, in Fodele Beach Hotel where the workshop will take place. This will include:

• Full Board.
• Gala Dinner.
• All Meals Buffet Service.
• Snacks available from 10 am to midnight.
• Afternoon Tea, Coffee, Cakes & Biscuits.

Reduced hotel rates have been arranged with the hotel. All participants and their accompanying people are entitled to the meeting-only special rates throughout the meeting period, including any consecutive additional days before or after the meeting. Please note that the hotel will accept reservations at the special meeting rates, only booked through the Meeting Secretariat after a request is made by the organizers.

Please inform at latest by March 30 the organizers whether you intend to bring any accompanying person (an expense of about 30€ per night will be required to be paid by the participant for the accompanying person) or to stay for additional days before or after the Workshop
