Konstantinos Karaoglanoglou received his BSc in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia of Thessaloniki in 2006.
He received his MSc in Networks-Communications-Systems Architecture from the Department of Informatics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2008.
Currently he is a PhD candidate in the Department of Informatics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, under the supervision of Professor Helen Karatza. He is also a member of the Parallel and Distributed Systems Group, under the coordination of Professor Helen Karatza. He has been awarded with the "Excellence Scholarship for PhD Students" by the Research Committee of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (September 2010 - December 2011). His research interests include Grid and Cluster Computing, Resource Discovery in the Grid, and Trust Issues in Distributed Systems and P2P Systems.
