- "Content diversity in the Greek local music radio".
Exploratory research carried out during August - September 2008 on a convenience sample of 60 local music radio stations (powerlist analysis). Some of the results were presented at the 2nd European Communication Conference organized by ECREA (Barcelona, November 25-28, 2008).

- "The Music Industry in Greece".
Participation in the research network established in co-operation with the Department of Communication, Media, and Culture of the Panteion University of Social and Political Science. The network was established in November 2006 and its objective is to develop research and organize conferences to present the results of the work of its members and its function (see http://www.jour.auth.gr/musicindustry).

- "Artistic Communication and the Internet".
Exploratory research on the social functions of the internet in the field of the artistic communication, emphasizing on music. The project was designed and realized in co-operation with A. Veglis, associate professor at the School of Journalism & Mass Media Studies of the AUTh, during June-October, 2005. Based on the findings of the exploratory research a broader project is in progress.

Research project of the program for supporting young researchers (PENED '94). General Secretariat for Research and Technology, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (School of Primary Education), 1997-1998. An important part of the research included the analysis of journalist discourse, based on the methods for critical discourse analysis.
